I am using visual studio 2005 express edition.

I simple unziped ODE to my HD, opened the solution that is already included
and did a build.

To use this on our application, you also need to go to the options and
include the ode include directory on your visual studio include path, the
same for the lib (include it on the library path).

Sorry, I dont have a visual studio here and dont remember the exactly
screens names.
