Autotools update.

Hey Guys,

I just made a tiny update to the autotools scripts, I might be giving 
convex polyhedrons another try,
and I was wondering if anyone is still using autotools for compilation. 
I think they really need an overhaul,
so if there are no objections I'll start some work on that regard (I am 
caving in and finally adding libtool support now
that it is stable enough on MSYS).

Also, whats everyone's feeling towards CMake?

I've been using both autotools and CMake in parallel in my projects, 
CMake for
VStudio solution automatic generation.
