Hi, After upgrading OpenAL soft to 1.11.753 (from 1.10.622) on Ubuntu Karmic my application no longer outputs any sound. It is using pulse audio backend. No errors are returned by any functions, just no audio output. What's interesting is that I'm using mixing frequency of 22KHz (an attribute in alcCreateContext() call). If I change it to 44KHz the problem goes away and sounds play as expected. My samples are stored in 16bit 44KHz format, which I load using alBufferData(). 22KHz mixing frequency has been working fine before. Any ideas on solving this would be appreciated. -- View this message in context: http://old.nabble.com/No-sound-after-upgrade-to-OpenAL-soft-1.11.753-tp27714247p27714247.html Sent from the OpenAL - User mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ Openal mailing list [email protected] http://opensource.creative.com/mailman/listinfo/openal
