I am developing a cross platform application that uses OpenAL. I want to have things set up so that all the files needed to run the application are available in the directory structure for the application project. This means a developer would simple need to sync to the directory and perform a build to get a working copy of the application. I have discovered that the project needed a newer version of OpenAL for Windows 7 than what I had currently been using. However when I try to add the latest version of the DLL into the project the application fails to start. If I install the redistribution files onto the system, the application works fine. I would very much like to avoid having someone run this installation program as part of setting things up for development purposes. What files need to be included in the project so that OpenAL can be used to develop and run a windows application? -- View this message in context: http://old.nabble.com/Using-OpenAL-application-without-redist-tp29682457p29682457.html Sent from the OpenAL - User mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ Openal mailing list [email protected] http://opensource.creative.com/mailman/listinfo/openal
