Device enumeration and ALC_ENUMERATE_ALL_EXT

(Sorry for the cross post, I did not intend to post this to openal-devel but 
only to openal mailing list)

as the official documentation seems to be pretty much outdated I have no 
choice but to turn here.
There seems to be some new stuff, like for instance the use of 
qalcGetString(NULL, ALC_ALL_DEVICES_SPECIFIER);
or same function with:
ALC_CAPTURE_DEVICE_SPECIFIER

This is not in the most recent OpenAL documentation on Creative website, yet I 
get the impression this seems to be an addition to OpenALsoft as well as 
Creative's official OpenAL distribution.

So, my questions are: if the extension ALC_ENUMERATE_ALL_EXT, is it guaranteed 
that ALC_CAPTURE_DEVICE_SPECIFIER, ALC_CAPTURE_DEFAULT_DEVICE_SPECIFIER and 
ALC_ALL_DEVICES_SPECIFIER are usable?
Are these extensions present in all recent versions of OpenAL?
Is there any recent documentation that would explain these new additions?
