The front works once the device is changed into "DirectSound Default" Everything works fine under DirectSound Default ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Kanishka Weerasekara <[email protected]> Date: 16 March 2011 19:45 Subject: Re: [Openal] Front and Rear sound is same To: [email protected] Oh man, that was some mistake. I thought the y axis to be a plain parallel to the ground. Thank you very much. Problem solved. I bit of a problem. There seems to be a blank sport right in front of me. The sounds come correct from rear left rear right front left front right and accurately with the distance. Front center and more distant in front center (1 and 2 points respectively) does not play the sound. You are a life saver. Thanks again.
