Hi, Chris, I haven't heard about any fixes on this list. I can't speak for OSX or libvorbis. I think the general consensus was that the issue wasn't on the OpenAL side, but I haven't heard if anyone has traced the problem into the vorbis libraries yet. If you want to be sure, you can try using OpenAL-Soft in place of the native OSX implementation. If you still get the corrupt buffer, you'll have clear evidence about where the problem lies. --"J" On 10/13/2011 06:16 PM, Chris Perry wrote: > Hi there, > > I was just wondering if this documented issue has been resolved? > http://opensource.creative.com/pipermail/openal/2011-July/012422.html > > Apologies, but I couldn't find a solution to this after searching for a while. > > I assume the issue in on the Vorbis side so probably not the correct place to post this > But I'm not positive, and maybe its helpful to other OpenAL devs out there > > The problem seems to persist even with Vobris' latest source.
