Two more questions

I have one more very important question.

I am merely a "user" of OpenAL.  All of my questions will most likely be
of the sort: "How do I get OpenAL to work in my application to do..."

So, is this the appropriate forum for me to ask?  If not, where is the
best place for me to be going for help?  Which website, forum, mailing
list, etc. should be my go-to spot for advice, explanations, and so on?
