 I did it this way because "make" did not work.

 make testcapture
> cc     testcapture.c   -o testcapture
> testcapture.c:36:24: fatal error: base/types.h: No such file or directory
> compilation terminated.
> make: *** [testcapture] Error 1

 For me make and cmake rarely work right.
