compile glibc + nptl fail

Now I'm using
  binutils: 2.14
  kernel: 2.5.74
  gcc: gcc-3.2-7 ( in redhat 8.0)
  nptl: 0.52
  glibc: checkout from cvs
1) tar jxvf nptl-0.52.tar.bz2 under libc directory
2) mkdir build under libc
3) cd build
4) ../configure --prefix=/usr/local/glibc2 --with-tls
--enable-add-ons=nptl
5) make , but there are errors:
