Here's the spoor from 'strings <libfiles>'
glibc-current+nptl
strings /lib/libBrokenLocale-2.3.2.so| grep -i nptl
NPTL 0.52 by Ulrich Drepper

Redhat, stock install
strings /lib/libBrokenLocale-2.3.2.so| grep -i nptl
NPTL 0.29
strings /lib/libc-2.3.2.so | grep -i nptl
NPTL 0.29
The redhat libs do also contain 'linuxthreads' strings, so I'm not
sure if nptl vs. linuxthreads is available to runtime configuration.
