I do not (and cannot) answer for glibc.
However, there are some POSIX tests suites available at
  http://posixtest.sourceforge.net/

Ulrich has also posted the URL for the glib test suite (pre-built
binaries), but I can't find it.  Would someone please repeat that
location?
