You need the glibc sources as of 2003-04-15T15:50:00-0700.

Beside the PPC bug fixes the main changes are more unwind information.
The asm code for pthread_cond_*wait for x86 and hammer got extended,
flags for the C compiler added.

To successfully use the code with C++ code as well you now need a *very*
recent kernel (same timestamp as the CVS glibc in Linus BK repository).
 The reason is that the unwind info from the kernel is needed and that
patch just went in.
