As previously announced, here's nptl 0.42:

This release works fine on x86, hammer, and ia64 with the new kernel
(with requeue).  It also was tested on ppc with an old kernel.  I don't
expect problems on new kernels, though.  S390 might also just work.  Kaz
updated SH but it hasn't been run on a new kernel.

Other changes include warning fixes, one more test, and an update of the
kernel ToDo list.
