Most of the time, indicators use the value 0 for off and 1 for on. Other 
values will be drawn the same as 1.

It is possible to choose to interpret the values as RGB colours by setting 
the SC_INDICVALUEBIT flag on that indicator. That allows displaying a wide 
range of colours without exhausting the available indicators.
