Clarification: SCI_SETUNDOCOLLECTION

I find that if I open a file and don’t call SCI_SETUNDOCOLLECTION with a 
value of true, that the GetModify is never set to true. Eg, if I don’t make 
the call after loading a file, and then edit the file, the modified flag is 
never set. 

But if I set SCI_SETUNDOCOLLECTION to true after the file is loaded, it 
will correctly set the modified flag. Is this expected behaviour?
