Despite what ATT says, it is never just wireless customers. Always impacts 
internet customers. They took out the entire DMV in Watseka, IL for more 
than a day last fall with same story. "Software upgrade." Whatever they are 
rolling out as an "upgrade" really trashes service for days. Been going on 
for about a year now.
