Xcode 27 beta has a minimum deployment target requirement of 12.0. Intel 
support has also been dropped.


Apple's obsolescence cadence is more aggressive than I'd like.

Unless there are significant problems with others using Xcode 27 beta, I'll 
delay a little until Xcode 27 is fully released then update to target macOS 
12.0.
