Error to run SDL in code block

Hi guys;

I have problem in use SDL with code block, I followed this tutorial http://lazyfoo.net/SDL_tutorials/lesson01/windows/codeblocks/index.php

but when I build and run the code, I get error "cannot find -lSDL"  :( 
what's the problem
