Build error with LINUXTHREADS_NEW and no UCLIBC_HAS_REALTIME

Hi,

LINUXTHREADS_NEW does not build correctly without also selecting 
UCLIBC_HAS_REALTIME since function nanosleep will be undefined. See 
attached .config for reproducing with version 0.9.33.2.

Should a "select UCLIBC_HAS_REALTIME" be added to LINUXTHREADS_NEW in 
Config.in similar to LINUXTHREADS_OLD?
