[VOCAL 1.5.0] Are the RPMs at Vovida.org aimed for Red Hat Linux 7.3?

I downloaded RPMs from Vovida.org. The RPMs are said to be used on Red Hat Linux 7.3. However, when I tried to install them on my Red Hat Linux 7.3, it failed because of package dependencies, namely libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.3) etc. J.
