RTP-1.5.0

Hi List,

I've downloaded the RTP stack from vovida and cannot seem to be able to 
build it using VSC++ 6.0 on a Win2K platform.

Can anyone let me know how I can build it ???

I cannot find help on this topic. Besides, the readme's don't give 
information about it.
Is it possible that it is not ported to Windows ?
