Lib vocal and H323

Hello,

As I want to develop an h323 soft phone (in a second time mgcp, sip), I was
wondering how lib vocal could help me on this duty. I did not find much
infos about that subject, and the api look obscure to me. Doas any one know
if it is possible develop such an application with vocal. If it is not,
could you tell me which library would be more adapted to it.
