regarding RTP

hi, I have read through the RTP stack code of Vocal -1.5.0 but there appears to be no buffer implemetned, can any one confirm this for me. I saw even a statement which makes use of the goTime;the time a packet is to be played totally commented out;in total making the use of goTime totally null. Is it that the Vocal-1.50.0 RTP stack just play out packets as and when they come true. Plz rep.
