Hi Josh

i am into opening the source, i have made a beta version codec and i want
oto test it, it has a good quality over a very very low data rate, based
on the speacker, am not a networks programmer. but am doing fine in it, i
want ot reopen the codec, how does the codes are implemented in the vocal
system ANSI C ?
