Islam,

I am wondering about you email, here is my understand.

You were using  Matlab to test your codec Algorithm, it works fine.
So you want to use it in your java program. 

Is is right?

I think you write the algorighm in Java is a good approach. You can use the 
Matlab to generate the C/C++ code of the Algorithm, and then you can use 
this algorithm in your java program by JNI.
