Calling to Other SIP Proxies /B2BUA

Hi,

  I am able to make calls between 2 XLITEs registered
on Vocal (MS). How can I configure Vocal to send calls
to a 3rd Party SIP Proxy. 

  Does Vocal use the RS (Redirect Server) to achieve
that ?

 Help appreciated...or please point me to relevant
Documentation..
