Video calls problem

Hi all,

  I have been testing for a while video calls among two sipset user agents
  in the same LAN. In these video calls the video and audio are
  synchronized but with a delay over 3 seconds what is quite annoying.  I
  tested different configurations for the video and audio parameters in
  MP4live but it doesn't change this problem.

  Anyone has suffered these problems? Any idea about how overcome it? where
  can I start looking for in order to reduce this huge delay?

  Any help will be welcomed.
