error 2

Hello,
I have been trying to compile source but get the following errors during make:

PSInterface.cxx:55:23: strstream.h: No such file or directory
make[2]: *** [obj.debug.Linux.ppc/PSInterface.o] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/bortega/vocal-1.4.0/provisioning/psLib'
make[1]: *** [../../build/../provisioning/psLib/obj.debug.Linux.ppc/libps.a]
Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/bortega/vocal-1.4.0/translators/mgcp'
make: *** [callAgent] Error 2


Seems I'm missing an include file, but I'm not sure.  Anyone seen this
error or know a solution?
