Problem in configuring vocal 1.5

Hi all! Vocal 1.5 requires some CGI interface. Does something apart from Apache and Perl needs to be installed in the system??? Vocalctl status shows all the processes running but on running verifysip The test call is failed. On typing verifysip -a some prints come which signify that it could n't find something related to CGI. Please help..
