VOCAL support for Presence Information

Hi,

I read that Vocal has an experimental thread designed
to work with SIP SUBSCRIBE and NOTIFY requests.
However, I find that the client GUA isn't currently
handling such requests and responses to the fullest.
Furthermore, Is there a Presence Server, and is it
working according to the standard?

My organization is trying to implement the feature of
Presence and Availability using a Vocal Server. Is it
recommended to do so? Please advise.
