Doubt on Billing

Hi Everybody,

If Vocal-A is communicating with Vocal-B through a proxy.

|----------|		|---------|		 |---------|
| Vocal-A  |  -------> 	| Proxy   | ------>| Vocal-B |
|----------|		|---------| 	 |---------|

How the billing would happen?

My doubt is:-

When A and B are communicating with each other,
B will directly send the "Acknowledgement" to A, than
Sending via any Proxy.

Question is: Where is the billing happening for the call?

Please help me.
