Problem when the server changed to the Public IP address!

Hi all

    When my sip server is installed on a host with a local ip, every
things works well, but when i installed, the same server on a host
with public IP,my clients are registered, but, when i make a call,
i've just the "teying" message.

  How can i fix this problem?
