Does Vocal work with TLS.

Can anybody tell me whether vocal works with TLS ?

When I do a "ps" or a netstat, I do not see the TLS
port 5061 opened. 

This was even after I set the TLS options in
vocal.conf. 

Infact when I set the TLS options in vocal.conf, I can
see only one port and process started. 

Anybody seen something like this. 

I have successfully compiled vocal with SSL enabled.
This was not a problem.
