OpenVR vtkCocoaOpenGLRenderWindow.h

Hi,

Is this header file vtkCocoaOpenGLRenderWindow.h available? vtkOpenVRRenderWindow.cxx asks for it.

When building openVR on mac this header is missing and is also not found in Git.
