Label from mhd/raw and stl files

hello to all viewer,

I have one mhd, raw file and 2 stl files, I want to make label for deep
learning Cnn.
For that I want to color my raw file with polyData that I have with my 2 STL
files. 

I want to do this on Python and I don't find any ideas on web. 

Any help is appreciated,
