Missing french translations

Hello, I have updated wxWidgets to the latest commit. Everything works as expected, but I noticed some missing translations in french. For example this one in fr.po, line 1105 #: ../src/common/docview.cpp:523 ../src/common/docview.cpp:561 msgid "&Discard changes" msgstr "" How to proceed ? Should I contact a specific person responsible for the french translation and he/she will add what's missing ? Or perhaps the work is already in progress. Or should I simply submit a pull request as normal ? IF the second case, how can I test my changes before submitting, i.e. compile fr.po into fr.mo ?
