 No. I don't know if you've already read the links I posted, but if you
haven't, I wholeheartedly invite you to do it, the part explaining which

 Using configure results in a different build files organization than when
using makefiles, but in either case the setup.h you're looking for is under
lib directory.

 But you really, really should just read the instructions, it's much
simpler than trying to figure things out on your own (although you're
welcome to do this too, of course).
