Frame->Maximize() on OSX

Hi, ALL,
Is there a specific function on OSX to display
the frame Maximized but exclude the "task bar"
where all those icons are?

I am using Maximize() for now, but this
"Task Bar" is made "Always on Top" and so
the bottom of my window is covered by the bar.
