[ANN] wxRuby3 v1.2.0 released

 

This release fixes a possible crash in DragDrop support and updates the 
targeted wxWidgets version to the new v3.2.6 release.

*What's Changed *

   - protect wxDragDrop::OnData callback against (Ruby/C++) exceptions 
   - update targeted wxWidgets release for binary packages to v3.2.6 
   - drop explicit ABI version in embedded wxWidgets build 
   - improve documentation 
   - minor code generation improvements
