This upgrade release updates the targeted wxWidgets release to the new 
3.2.7 release and also provides a few updates for wxWidgets changes.

*What's Changed*


   - update targeted wxWidgets release to 3.2.7
   - update wxWidgets master branch compatibility to at least commit 
   d180041641241306175ab45b685d4c54cfff0e3a
