wxGrid, resizing the column containing row labels?

Hi all,

I'm not sure if this is possible. I want the user to be able to resize the 
column that contains the row labels (column -1 I suppose).

Does the wxGrid class support this? I cannot see any function that might 
let me.

PS. I've had it resizing in the past, but I think that was a custom patch. 
If I can figure out what happened (and it is a patch), I'd be happy to 
contribute it.
