Disappearing menus on kubuntu

Dear all,

Just a heads-up: I tried everything to keep my application's menu bar=20
from disappearing after it was clicked. Then I compiled the wxWidgets=20
3.2-examples the current ubuntu version came with. Same problem.

Compiling wxWidgets from the main git tree resulted in my application=20
working just fine =3D> the problem is fixed upstream.

Solution until upstream enters Ubuntu:=C2=A0 UBUNTU_MENUPROXY=3D0
