That's fine with me. I prefer the second form (wx.ALIGN_RIGHT). We could 
always have both: wx.ALIGN_RIGHT and wx.AlignRight set to the same value.

I don't like the way the flag fields work currently at all.

I already started doing this for the window style flags, and I think it 
is definitely the way to go.
