wx.NET + Mono CVS

Hello,

If you're trying to use wx.NET with the latest Mono CVS branch,
you'll get an error indicating that GThreads has been initialized twice.
 
This is because Mono initializes GThreads, then when wx.NET is loaded,
wxWindows also initializes GThreads without checking if it has already
been initialized.

I have submitted a fix for the problem to the wxWindows team; hopefully
it gets patched before the next stable release.  In the mean time, the
patch can be downloaded here:
