Names have been changed for the release.

The wxWindows license is a variant of the LGPL.

Because wx.NET is not a Windows.Forms replacement/clone.  It uses the
wxWidgets API, so calling it Windows.Forms would be rather confusing.

No, I don't think there's anything like that.  Mono has a Windows.Forms
implementation that uses WINE, and Portable.NET is building one using of
X.
