I committed changes to these in CVS (not really Mac related I know).

I added updated Mac build instructions based on Bryan's previous work. There
is now a file README.MAC.txt at the top-level and several supporting
Makefiles (Makefile.mac) and a Perl script to auto-build the sample bundles
needed for MacOS.

The Makefiles are temporary pending premake support for MacOS detection.

I'd like to update the Website to tell MacOS users who are kicking wx.NET
tires to be sure and use the CVS version / latest nightly tarball, which is
always at http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cvstarballs/wxnet-cvsroot.tar.bz. Or do
a 0.41 release for them.

There is a "Latest Source" link in the nav frame on the site but it provides
some very stale files I think. This will also be updated.

Bryan, does this require admin privileges or can I make changes to the
Website already?

I sent Bryan and Jason this privately but I'll also suggest it here: I want
to setup a new mailing list to receive syncmail CVS commit notifications.
I'm new to SourceForge but this seems like a good idea.

Regards,
-Mike
