Virtual aka overridable

Anyway, for wx.NET how has it been determined when to make a method overridable or not? It seems very arbitrary as to whether methods are declared virtual (overridable). I was just working on a sub-class of StaticBitmap and noted that Bitmap() is overridable but Cursor() is not! Of course I can go into CVS and fix this. But I'd like to better understand how this decision is being made and if some cleanup work is needed. Thanks, -Mike -- Michael S.
