Wrapper generation automation

I played with doxygen (http://www.doxygen.org) earlier this week as a way to
more easily parse the .h or even .cpp wx.Widgets source files vs. the
present Perl script. Bryan may have alluded to this tool in his notes at
http://wxnet.sourceforge.net/contrib.html. Although I did not checkout what
Qt# is doing, doxygen is incredibly powerful and can output very detailed
XML descriptions of C++ code.

I'd like to investigate this further if nobody else is working on it. Let me
know.
