XRC & .NET subsclassing

Oh no. I just finished sub-classing a wx.NET class and now it dawns on me there is no way to use this class from within an XRC file via wx.NET's XmlResource class: it can only handle C++ derived classes because it is just a wrapper around the underlying wxWidgets code. Oh darn. To make this possible, my first guess is that wxXmlResource would need to ported to C# so that assembly-based classes can be used. In the short term I guess I'll switch to an XRC->C# approach. wxDesigner can read XRC and output C#. But I like the idea of a converter approach instead. Alexander, you mentioned previously that handling XRC in addition to WXG would not be difficult. Could I twist your arm to update your code to provide this functionality? Or would you prefer I do that work myself (adding an command line flag or some such to Wxg2wxnet). Regards, -Mike -- Michael S.
